BIOGRAPHY
Jessica Massimino grew up in Saylorsburg, Pennsylvania. She trained for years with Megan Lenner and Diane Verdi at local dance studios. While training in Pennsylvania, Jessica performed with companies such as The Bang Group and TAKE dance. She had the opportunity of performing at The National and Regional High School Dance Festivals in Pittsburgh, PA and Norfolk, VA with The Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Arts before graduating in 2017.
Jessica is currently in her last year at The Boston Conservatory at Berklee where she is earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Contemporary Dance Performance. While studying at the conservatory, she has performed in works such as José Limón’s A Choreographic Offering and Doug Varone’s Lux. She has also performed new works with choreographers Bradley Shelver, Joseph Toonga and Junichi Fukuda, along with other respected artists. Junichi Fukuda invited Jessica to perform RE:main with his company FUKUDANCE which premiered in Portsmouth, New Hampshire in June 2018.
